AWS Load Balancer is not using TLS 1.2

Description

A listener in an AWS Load Balancer is a process that checks for connection requests. Users can define a listener when creating a load balancer, and add listeners to the load balancer at any time. The HTTPS listener enables traffic encryption between your load balancer and the clients that initiate SSL or TLS sessions.

_Resource: aws_lb_listener
_Attribute: protocol - (Optional) The protocol for connections from clients to the load balancer. For Application Load Balancers, valid values are HTTP and HTTPS, with a default of HTTP. For Network Load Balancers, valid values are TCP, TLS, UDP, and TCP_UDP. Not valid to use UDP or TCP_UDP if dual-stack mode is enabled. Not valid for Gateway Load Balancers.
